GCTC Court Reserve – Rules and How to Book a Court

- Court availability can be checked online at any time.
- The booking window to reserve courts is 48 hours in advance, to the second.
- Courts can be booked for one hour only
- Members are REQUIRED to add ALL participants for each reservation and pay the guest fee (when applicable). Any changes to players must be amended.
- Guests are allowed and must be accompanied by a member. Guest fee is $6.00 and guests can play up to 3 times for the season.
- Cancellation – If a court is booked and the players are unable to make the time, it is to be cancelled so other members can book the time.
- If you want to book a second hour, this can be done one hour prior to the start of the original booking, if still available. (in essence two hours prior to the court
time). Example, you have booked a court time of 5 pm, you can check the court availability at 4 pm and if a court is free at 6 pm, you can book it. - Members shall not book consecutive court times as singles, and then combine to
play doubles for two hours on those courts. - Members that have been included in a booking by another member may not book the subsequent hour of court time until one hour prior to their original booking as explained in 7 above.
- In the event that a group of players have booked two or more courts, they may
mix and match teams as long as all the players are on one of the court
reservations. - There is no restriction on the number of court times a player may play in a
day, as long as the booking rules are respected.
Failure to abide by these rules can result in suspension of your membership.

- Click Book Courts at the top of your screen. Book court 4 if you are a family with children
- Select the time section to see availability.
- Choose the date by using the arrows (top left) or by clicking the date at the top-left portion of the page.
- Choose by clicking the RESERVE button at that time slot.
- You will get an email/text confirmation.
